Dai Nam University was officially established in Hanoi Capital according to Decision No. 1535/QD-TTg dated November 14, 2007 of the Prime Minister, as a higher education institution within the education system. directly managed by the Ministry of Education and Training.

In the first days of establishment (2007), the school had 220 full-time undergraduate students. After only 2 years of establishment (2010), the number was 3,000 students and by the 2017-2018 school year the number had reached 18,000 students. More than 9,000 of our graduates have found suitable jobs.

Currently, the school has 15 faculties, 3 institutes, 11 departments, centers… with 398 full-time teaching staff and long-term contracts (of which lecturers with PhD degrees or higher account for 20%, master’s degrees or higher). Doctor 60%).

Dai Nam University pays special attention to scientific research and international cooperation. Scientific and technological research activities are one of the main annual tasks. Every year, the school organizes scientific conferences at all levels, scientific conferences for students and lecturers. Regarding international cooperation, the school has been promoting international cooperation in training and scientific research. We welcome and are ready to cooperate with all international partners to bring advanced and updated learning programs to Vietnamese students.
